Adult classes
Ages 16+
Teachers: Roy & David
We focus on what we love most: the gi. Our adult classes provide a challenging yet welcoming environment for practitioners of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.
Each 90-minute session covers essential techniques and movements, followed by partner drills and live rolling to help you apply what you’ve learned in real time. You’ll build skills, improve fitness, and sharpen your mind while learning to use leverage and strategy over strength.

Kids BJJ
Ages 6-14
Teachers: Roy, Mara, Derrick, Álvaro & Clay
Our kids classes introduce Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe, positive, and fun environment. We focus on fundamental BJJ skills while promoting teamwork, confidence, respect, and anti-bullying values.
Classes are structured to keep kids engaged while teaching Jiu-Jitsu techniques through age-appropriate instruction and games. Younger children learn through games and playful exercises that develop balance, coordination, and body awareness, while older kids gradually progress to more structured techniques and training.
Our goal is to help every child grow both on and off the mats and develop valuable life skills.

Our Class Rules for playful beginnings to serious training.
The mat is our shared space for fun, learning and growth. Safety is always first and we embrace that shared responsibility. We take a proactive approach to identify risks. To ensure a welcoming and safe training environment, all are expected to uphold the following:
Hygiene & Safety

- Wear a clean, neat Gi, free of odors and excessive damage.
- Remove jewelry and sharp objects or securely tape them if necessary.
- Rash guards and mouthguards are mandatory for safety and hygiene.
- Wear flip flops when stepping off the mat area, don’t walk barefooted.
- No shoes, food and drinks are allowed on the mats.
- Refrain from training when sick or when facing a skin infection.
Class Etiquette
- Please arrive on time and be ready before class starts.
- Respect line-up procedures at class beginning and ending.
- Attention is requested during demonstrations.
- Practice your moves in a controlled manner.
- Please do not leave the mat without instructors permission.
Sparring & Rolling
Everyone Taps, Everyone Learns:
- Be humble and leave your ego outside, far far away!
- Tap early and respect the tap from your partner, safety is sacred.
- Train with control and awareness of your partner’s comfort and skill level.
- Avoid reckless and disruptive behavior, it has no place here.
- Respect higher belts and allow them the right of way during training.
